BIRD GIRL
Illustration Friday's theme is "I Spy" and I thought this girl and her parakeet, part of a project I am working on, might fit the bill. Now that the image is posted I can see that I am going to have to get a scanner, mostly to keep the tones even on the paper. Any recommendations?

Wonderful! I love the cartoony look in spite of the realistic proportions. Very Tin-Tin. Sweet expression and pose.
As to the subject, I think the pic was just to the point. Looks like they are great fellows!

scanners? i like epson... cause the top comes off and you can lay things flat! it also has settings to clear out wrinkles... (not that Im not totally tidy!)
